I think passive income usually refers to things like rental income from properties, but I am an IT person.

IT people love laziness and self-indulgence. I don’t want to manage things like rent. I want to be doing what I love.

Which means, in other words, shouldn’t I just earn some pocket change by doing things like game development or app development?

Now that I’ve thought of it, there’s no time like the present (a witty little joke), let’s actually give it a try. Nowadays, with the advancement of AI, you can make it happen as long as you have a concept.
